Because of the rapid development of China’s urbanization and sustainable in theimplementation of the policy of family planning, the vast rural school-age population isdeclining, school students fell sharply. In order to improve the efficiency and saveresources, the layout of primary school is adjusted by the state in the nationwide. Thiswork as a wave is lifted once again. Many primary schools being withdrawn andmerged and need to rebuild in rural areas. At the same time, calls for the reform ofeducation and practice of quality-oriented education the core is carried out at thenational level.If the reconstruction mode of current rural primary follow as the design model ofcity complete primary school, the new school of meet the current number of students offixed size will appear ample again in the near future. And with the degree ofurbanization to enhance, the trend will get even worse in the future. Through the combined construction of various cultural facilities inrural areas, carry out the designs that the suitability of Space change, suitable foremergency shelter function and to arouse the emotion of people in the building form, to optimize resources, improve efficiency, conversion space, answer gusty disaster, rebuildthe village spirit Center, to achieve school and community interaction, complementationand sharing of resources.The formation that interactive with the community of rural primary school can notonly effectively alleviate the problems that the school students reduce arose, but alsoconducive to update backward rural cultural facilities as well as the interaction betweenschool and community. It will play a very positive promoting role for forming a stableand harmonious community relations.
