| With the development of urban construction in our country, the increasingdevelopment of convenient transportation provides objective demand for thedevelopment of rail transit. In order to ensure the operation safety and reliability ofsingle rail train, periodical inspection and repair of the various system must beconducted, especially the brake system.According to the principle and characteristic of brake system, and realizing thedefect of the existing comprehensive performance test platform of single rail brakesystem, the new comprehensive performance test platform was designed and made. Thecomprehensive performance test platform of single rail brake system is comprised of thecontrol platform and test platform. The control platform is the core of the entire testsystem, it regulates the air pressure accurately and controls on-off, monitors anddisplays the testing parameters. The test platform is comprised of air-hydraulicconverter, brake caliper and brake disc, and simulates online state about brake system.All instructions are issued and the feedback information is received by the controllingprogram.On the basis of analysis of brake principle and common fault about the brakesystem, the main content in performance test is determined. According to the testing, wedesign the overall scheme for the comprehensive performance test platform. Theindustry computer regulates the air pressure as well as controls on-off, collects anddisplays data of oil pressure, MCU controls position conversion of brake disc, in orderto achieve on-line state detection in variety of shoe wearing condition.According to the scheme, we make a prototype of the comprehensive performancetest platform, acquires hydraulic and oil pressure, and tests the response of brake system,makes a test of sealing characteristics of hydraulic and oil, which proves that theprototype has reached the basic requirements of the reliability, and make a foundationfor development of the next sample product.We have complied a preliminary test specification, in order to standardizeoperation and performance test index of the comprehensive performance test platform.The system has high measurement accuracy, comprehensive detection parameters,which can realize the signal synchronous multi-channel acquisition and real timeprocessing, and the brake pressure is continuous and adjustable. The system makes an integration of electrical, hydraulic, mechanic integration technology, which are usedeasily and have high degree automation. |
