With a seeker for the solo anti-tank shaped charge warhead power shortages and thewarheads in the dark beating phenomenon, warhead shaped charge liner machining error, theinitiation point of deviation, the shaped charge liner cone angle and seeker factors,theory andnumerical simulation results show that the existence of the seeker of jet performance made agreat impact, resulting in the decline of the power of the warhead and a lack of warhead; Atthe same time medicine processing error and the bursting of cover the processing andassembly point deviation error is caused in the dark of the warheads beat main factors.Learn from the shaped charge on the drug theory and research base at home and abroad onthe liner and the charge structural asymmetry, the medicine type processing error and thebursting with cover position deviation axis of jet position an influence on the property of thetheoretical analysis, the analysis results indicate that the above two factors all can make jetproduce radial velocity, and with the jet movement, radial velocity into radial displacement,leading to an axis deviation from jet position, and jet axis and the target plate normalexistence of the angle when penetration seeker head.; While the existence of the seekerchanged the warhead is the most favorable burst height, itself can do great interference to jet,and the internal multilayer circuit board and metal components in jet penetration seeker, causejet different degrees of splash and even make jet produce bifurcate and cracking phenomena,cause jet quality and speed are sharp decrease, so that the jet penetrating target penetrationdepth decreases, resulting in an insufficient power.By the conclusions of theoretical studies,through the ANSYS/LS_DYNA software basedon the numerical simulation model for the warheads, designed a variety of simulation studyresults show that the greater the processing error of the liner, jet radial component velocity thegreater and the radial displacement of more penetration depth of the warhead; when theinitiation point location in the shaped charge liner wall thickness of the thinner side of the jet impact, the biggest influence on jet, in a thick side, it would offset part of the shaped chargeliner.,processing error on the jet impact on the jet minimum, the liner cone angle is larger, jetless susceptible to interference of seeker, good stability, and the cone angle is small, the jet isless stable. Finally, according to the warheads on target board penetration result, the existenceof the seeker lead to solo shaped charge warhead the main reasons of the lack of power, theproper enlargement the cone angle of the liner, and pay attention to the coordination ofvarious errors and can improve power with the warheads,and medicine processing error andthe bursting of cover the processing and assembly point deviation error is caused in the darkof the warheads beat main factors.
