The conical shell of armor-piercing warhead is mainly divided into single conical shell and double conical shell.compared with single conical shell,the jet formed by double conical shell has better velocity gradient distribution and better tensile performance of the jet,which can improve the power performance of armor-piercing warhead.In this paper,considering the geometric design of the liner,combined with the jet forming mechanism of the liner,the metal jet forming and penetration power of the liner of a single-soldier armor-piercing shaped charge warhead were studied systematically by numerical simulation method.the major works are as follows:Firstly,the research status of armor-piercing warhead at home and abroad is analyzed,and the calculation formulas of micro-element starting condition,jet,pestle main parameters and armor-piercing depth are deduced according to the structure of the armor-piercing warhead,so as to provide theoretical reference for numerical simulation and analysis in this paper.Secondly,the ANSYS LS-DYNA software was used,the effects of three different shaped charge structures on the formation and performance of metal jet were studied,including the cone angle matching,the wall thickness matching and the arc radius at the transition position of double cone.On this basis,taking the penetration depth as the reference target,the penetration of 45#steel target was simulated and compared with the above three factors,and the influence law of penetration performance of steel target was obtained.Finally,the simulation results show that different liner cone angle matching,wall thickness matching and double cone transition position arc radius have different degrees of influence on jet formation and penetration performance.In a certain range,when the total height of the double cone cover is constant,changing the lower cone angle?1 is more important than changing the upper cone angle?1 to the velocity and penetration performance of the projectile head.Under the condition of controlling other variables unchanged,the jet head velocity and jet tail velocity show the trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of the upper and lower cone wall thickness??.In terms of aperture capacity,the liner with small variation of wall thickness is slightly larger than the liner with large variation of wall thickness.In a certain range,with the increase of arc radius R at the transition position of double cone shroud,the jet head velocity,tail velocity and jet length increase gradually and then decrease gradually.The proper radius of arc can improve the jet performance,so as to obviously improve the breaking power of shaped charge.The research results can provide early simulation data and reference for the engineering development,experiment and structural optimization of the warhead of armor-piercing projectile.At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for the application of shaped charge warhead in engineering.
