Under the condition of modern high-tech war background, in order to pursuit higherdegage performance shaped charge warheads usually use tandem warhead structure, however,pre-shaped charge as an important part of shaped charge warheads, its performance directlyaffects the overall damage capability of warhead. New multi-liners shaped charge warheadtandem structure used as pre-shaped charge realize the vision of a multi-stage shaped tandemwarhead by a reasonable choice for liner each variable and coordination in order. In thispaper, researched for liner material, shape and charge structure and designed a new type ofpre-shaped charge structure in order to improve the damage effectiveness of pre-shapedcharge of tandem warhead damage.First, it introduced the pre-medicine and research status shaped liner material, and usingLS-DYNA finite element analysis software Jet Liner molybdenum cone formation studied bya large number of numerical simulation, emulation fixes parameters, and analyze the impactof structural parameters of the conical jet molybdenum hood molding, the optimized structureparameters penetrating steel target, and compare the performance of copper hood penetrationverified molybdenum Liner penetration power: then different detonate ways with differentshapes and materials of liners studied in order to determine the best mode to detonate withliner different shapes, and then through the liner material properties of each analysis wasapplied to the kind of material liner structure; and finally, based on the research above, thedesign of a new type of pre-shaped charge structure by adjusting liner structural parametersand select a different combination of materials, can achieve two-stage tandem warhead shapedcharge in the previous operational effectiveness, analyze the molding process and theinfluencing factors in the ordinary pre-shaped charge contrast was found damage performanceagainst targets. Conclusions can be concluded as follow:(1) The formation of a conical jet Linermolybdenum ductile, high-speed, large-efficient jet length, and strongly penetration ability.Compared with copper liner, jet against steel target penetration capability increased about8%,the first-grade molybdenum shaped charge liner, and it can improve the warhead damageperformance effectively.(2) Take penetration rate of penetrators as standard, tapered hood forselecting ring initiation, rather eccentric sub dome and dome initiation point for selection withclapboard way; the standard terms of the jet diameter, hemispherical cover the eccentric AsiaSelect the ring and dome for detonating way, the center of the cone cover for detonation modeselected. When the first stage shaped charge, select the eccentric Asian dome, ring detonationinitiation way, liner molybdenum, penetration rate and the length of the body to form amoderate, but the maximum kinetic energy, while the larger material density also benefit forpenetrating targets.(3) For the designed pre-shaped charge structure, no bushing it cannotforming liner; when the liner diameter is20mm~25mm (about0.35Dk), selects coppermaterial and choose the cover tapered titanium cover, under cover selection bias Asianhemisphere molybdenum cover, using penetrator bicyclical demonetization when forming thebest. When penetrating concrete targets, steel target plate and shell reaction charge, comparedwith the normal pre-shaped charge structure, the new pre-shaped charge structure damageefficiency of three different targets are all improved.
