| The class load of air blower and water pump is the widely used general mechanical andelectrical equipment.It’s widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum,chemical industry, machinery and other industries of national economy.According to therelevant departments of statistics,the national air blower, water pump motor’s totalinstalled capacity is about35000MW and the power consumption accounted for about30%~40%of the country’s total electric energy consumption.The level of consumption inour province is higher than the national average, with low pressure air blower, water pumpmotor accounts for around70%, these device are in a state of long-term continuousoperation and often are in low loads and loads of running state.The power efficiency of airblower and water pump is generally only40%~70%, wasting a lot of energy.Althoughpart of the device improves operating efficiency by variable frequency constant pressurecondition control,but most of the device is still working in a lower efficiencystate.Therefore,its enormous potential for energy saving.Papers carried out a detailed analysis of the energy consumption of Three-phaseasynchronous motor and the performance of the air blower and water pump.It analyses theefficient control policy and fuzzy intelligent control technology based on VI.And,itdescribes power system integration of hardware design.The more,itoptimizes controlmethod of SVPWM space vector.This study aims at energy-saving technology of pressurechange and frequency converter based on load VI phase and double closed-loop control oftarget index.It makes basic theory of fuzzy control about,and the overall programme ofenergy saving technologies of the AC asynchronous motor of air blower and waterpump.Synthesis output module of VFPW is a core component of the system.It makes acomprehensive analysis to system parameters (voltage, frequency, power, wave) throughDSP control system,and dynamicly adjusts the output power of motor, ensuring the motorin the high effective area and reducing harmonics.Meeting the technological requirementsof the premise,it realizes the electricity-saving operation of electrical equipment systems. |
