Research On Knowledge Management In The Field Of Maritime Search And Rescue Based On Agent

There are a lot of knowledge resources in the field of maritime search and rescue, including the knowledge of ship, the process knowledge of search and rescue, the search and rescue experience and so on. To use the knowledge effectively can not only improve the skill level of personnel in the field of maritime search and rescue, but improve the speed of maritime search and rescue, reduce personal injury and property damage caused by the shipwreck. As the knowledge is stored in different storage media and structure complex with various format in the field of maritime search and rescue. Therefore, the knowledge management should be people-centered, using advanced technological means to achieve knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation in field of maritime search and rescue.In this thesis, the knowledge is divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge by analyzing the departments, related personnel, activities and legal regulations in the field of maritime search and rescue. To mine and reason knowledge, expertise, search and rescue cases, databases in the field of maritime search and rescue based on data mining and case-based reasoning. Multi-Agent technology can effectively solve complex distributed system, so we use multi-Agent technology to solve the problem of knowledge management system in field of maritime search and rescue. The research mainly concerns on the following aspects of theory and application:Firstly, knowledge management related theory, the knowledge in the field of maritime search and rescue, and data mining technology and case-based reasoning technology which the key technology to support knowledge management in field of maritime search and rescue.Secondly, multi-Agent technology and knowledge management system related theory, constructing the knowledge management system model in field of maritime search and rescue based on Agent, implementing interactive communication between Agent in JADE platform.Thirdly, to construct BDI model of functional Agent of knowledge management system in the field of maritime search and rescue in Jadex platform.This thesis takes the knowledge in maritime search and rescue as the research and analysis object which analyze the knowledge in the field of maritime search and rescue using the theory of knowledge management,discover and use knowledge based on data mining and case-based reasoning. And propose the knowledge management system in field of maritime search and rescue based on Agent to make the field personnel access, save, sharing and innovate the knowledge quickly and easily. It is practically significance in maritime search and rescue working.
