The Indicators Research For Tangshan Eco-city Development

At present,the contradiction between human and nature, environment and economic development have become sharp increasingly, constructied a eco-city has become they development purposes in many cities at home and abroad,which city has a beautiful environment, a low carbon conservation and a harmonious environment between human and nature. Tangshan City, China’s eastern coastal areas which is a heavy industry city at earlier,so it has a good foundation for economic development. But its traditional development model which was high pollution and high consumption always playing a bad role in its progress at local community,and restricted the harmonious.Therefore,Tangshan City is focusing on walking a sustainable ecological-road in accordance with the development needs of the times. This article is based on a number of domestic and international index system of eco-city construction progress, combined with the theory and principles,analyzing the background of natural,economic and social and development characteristics of Tangshan City, using the expert evaluation and AHP method, he paper proposes an eco-city development indicators of Tangshan City. The system includes four the first class indicatorss,green economic, ecological environmental, ecological cultural and social progress,13the second class indicators; economic structure, economic growth, economic level, resource utilization, enterprise management, ecological construction, atmospheric environment, water environment, voice environment,solid waste,ecological ultural protection,construction of urban public utilities, social development about urban and rural,and110the third class indicators.The paper research its’goal of future eco-city construction about Tangshan City.Using weights to extraction50core indicators, calculation it’s number at now,2015,2020and2030.Analysis its rate of change based on the realization target,which has make sure the target to completion is feasible. The linear weighting method calculated the level of the ecology of the different stages of development of Tangshan ecological city construction. The results show that, at this stage, Tangshan City, at a higher level of ecological, eco-city is expected to be completed in2020and2030the level of moderately developed countries. At last the author uses a linear weighting method to calculated the ecological level of Tangshan eco-city construction at different stages. The results show that, the Tangshan City has a higher ecological level now; the composite index of2015is expected at the level of eco-I, which means Tangshan City reaches the eco-city standards; and it is expected to be an eco-city of moderately developed country from2020to2030.
