Study On The Evaluation Of Water Ecological Civilization City Construction In Chenzhou

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in modern society,the ecological and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,and the status of ecological civilization construction has been gradually improved.The construction of water ecological civilization city has become an important part of ecological civilization construction,the status also increased.Ministry of Water Resources to promote the construction of water ecological civilization city,selected105 pilot cities within the country,including Chenzhou city.The aims of this paper is to evaluate the water ecological civilization city construction of Chenzhou city.On the basis of existing research results,combined with the content of related construction in Chenzhou city,this paper constructs the index system for the evaluation of water ecological civilization city construction in Chenzhou city and determines the grading standards of the corresponding index.,then apply the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensive assess Chenzhou city's water ecological civilization city construction.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the research of the existing evaluation index system,combined with the related content of water ecological civilization city construction in Chenzhou City,this paper constructs the index system which including water safety,water ecology,water environment,water saving,water regulation and water culture,a total of 6 aspects and 20 indicators.It is found that the construction of the index system must determine the construction principles firstly and strictly follow,followed by the need to classify the indicators,combined with the construction principles and the related content of water ecological civilization city construction in Chenzhou City to filter the indicators,and finally determine the grading standards of the indicators.(2)In the process of calculating the weight of the index,we use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the relative importance weights of the indicators and sort them.According to the general ranking,we can see that the weight of the flood control and drainage rate is the largest,and the safety of the centralized drinking water source Rate and the degree of soil erosion control ranked second,third.In the nextwater ecological civilization city construction process,we should focus on the construction work who have the larger weight.(3)Based on the calculation of the weight of each index,this paper evaluates the related content of water ecological civilization city construction in Chenzhou City by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the process of comprehensive evaluation,the membership degree of each index corresponding to different evaluation grade is calculated by Cauchy distribution function.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,it can be seen from the calculation result that the water conservation,water supervision,water culture construction evaluation rating "excellent",indicating that the relevant work carried out in place,achieved remarkable results.Water safety,water environment evaluation level is "good",indicating that its overall construction effect is relatively good,but there must be a need to further improve;The evaluation level of the target layer is "good",that is,Chenzhou city water ecological civilization city construction situation is "good",indicating that the construction of water ecological civilization city in Chenzhou is better overall,but some work is not in place,need to find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons,and put forward effective countermeasures.
