Research On The Design Of Cast-in-situ Box Girder Formwork And Bracket And Construction Quality Control

Chinese economy has rapidly developed, and people’s living standards have greatlyimproved, with the cars entering the homes of ordinary people, especially the amazinggrowth of the number of private cars in large and medium-sized cities. Although many newurban roads are constantly expanded, the number could still not keep up with the growth ofcars in the number. Thus, it has become commonplace for the large and medium-sized cityfacing the rush hour everyday, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and some other cities,all of them are the best examples. But the greatest source of danger in urban viaductconstruction process is to cast compared to fast-track the construction of underground inorder to solve the problem of urban rush hour, regardless of the construction costs or thedifficulty of construction, the construction of urban elevated fast-track has a strongadvantage; box girder formwork support system security, security incidents, often causeirreparable loss to give the people’s property and lives, so do the cast-the design andconstruction of the formwork support system is necessary.Formwork and bracket production and construction quality control play an importantrole to ensure the geometry of the cast-in-place box girder structure, the elevation accurate,the quality of concrete appearance and structural strength and stiffness and so on. In theactual construction process, often due to the small factor of safety of the bracket design,bracket having no enough support area, no timely and reasonable set of bracing and bridgingbracket displacement deformation, formwork defects as well as the formwork bracket notstrong, and some other reasons, engineering quality problems are often caused, and safetyproblems have occurred. Therefore, the formwork bracket quality assurance is an importantpart of the cast-engineering quality control. With the rapid development of Chinese highwayconstruction and highway cross-cutting a wide range of overpasses, because of the bridgewidth, bend radius is not all the same. This is just what box formwork and bracket designand construction quality control briefly want to describe in this paper.
