Design Of False Work And Construction Control For Cast-in-situ Box Girder Bridge

With the rapid development of economy in our country since the reform and opening up,the economic level gap between coastal areas and inland areas is gradually expanding.It is necessarily required to improve the transportation facilities and logistics conveyance so that the economy in the coastal developed areas can promote the development of relatively backward inland economy.With the development of economy,science and technology,building materials and construction machinery are progressively advanced,roads and bridges in our country is in the midst of the all-round development of all times.A sharp increase in car ownership of large and medium cities,urban expressway,the freeway,and the highway between cities can effectively solve the urban traffic congestion.Viaducts across roads and overpasses of interchanges mostly use cast-in-place construction,in which the security of support system and the quality of manufacturing and installation of the brackets and templates are basic guarantee of successful construction process.Therefore,proper template design and construction of the cast-in-site girder are critical when it comes to the construction of bridges across roads and bridges of interchanges.With the implementation of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" policy,highway and long-span bridge construction will again enter a rapid development phase.It is appropriate no more for most overpasses across roads and rivers or ones of interchanges to construct in preformed space,so the cast-in-place box girder construction will take a big proportion in the bridge construction.In this paper,the determination of cast-in-site box girder template and support plan,design and construction of the support system,quality control of key process of the cast-in-site box girder are all briefly described.In actual construction process,bracket scheme is generally designed and constructed by construction company,so the bracket scheme is generally decided according to the actual site situation and the requirements for construction quality,safety and progress.Bracket scheme of cast-in-site box girder has to be determined under the premise of quality and economy benefits.In actual construction,quality and safety accidents happen mainly because of too small safety factor for bracket design,inappropriate layout and displacement of bracket,inadequate pre-camber setting and other reasons,so the design of template and bracket and construction quality are the key parts to guarantee of cast-in-place box girder construction quality.
