Stents Cast-in-situ Prestressed Concrete Continuous Box Girder Bridge Construction Control Technology

With the development of modern bridge construction,bridge superstructure construction method has also had great progress, the method of cast bracket has become one of the main construction methods because of its easy construction. The method is that build the bracket in the bridge position, pour the concrete to the bracket and prestressed after achieving the strength of concrete,finally removal of the template and support.The support must have enough strength and stability, the foundation also must have sufficient bearing capacity for what the support system is multi- pivot bearing system. Because the method pour all the concrete one time, is bad for adjust and in the construction process because of stent deformation, weight bridges, prestressed, uneven settlement of foundation, construction, load and so on, will result that the final bridge line is different from design line.So how to give accurate pre-construction pre-cast construction is particularly important, which is the focus of the work bridge construction.This thesis relies on the bridge construction in the ZhouShanHe, to analyze the full-bridge strength,stiffness, stability of the support, and the bearing capacity of foundation. Proved support design of the bridge is safe. At the same time the characteristics of the bridge for ZhouShanHe,to analyzed the construction control of the continuous box girder bridge and proposed construction control method for the bridge.In order to guide the work of construction control, using two types of finite element software MIDAS/Civli and Dr.Bridge V3.0 build a full bridge model simulation analysis. Puting into practice shows that the method is feasible and can be used for future reference with the same type of bridge construction control.
