| Scientific and rational lightning disaster risk assessment can effectively reduce the losses caused by lightning, but lightning risk assessment system is not perfect. The parameter values are mostly based on the experience. Compare commonly used lightning risk assessment methods and standards, combined with practical problems encountered and special circumstances. We analyze the impact factor of the parameters of the lightning risk assessment. Given more consideration to the environmental impact, we optimize the location factor of Cd, intercept area Ad and expect values of the number of lightning strikes N.By setting some physical and mathematical models to analyze the impact factor of the parameters in the lightning risk assessment, additionally, it is obviously unreasonable that partition building value at risk is far greater than the value at risk when partitioned. The introduction of area factor Ca will not appear on this type of error in the calculation.Lightning disaster risk is the product of a variety of factors interact, the impact of a regional natural systems, social systems and their combinations. Taking into account the thunderstorm pregnant environment and disaster characteristics, by AHP and principal component analysis, we build a lightning disaster risk model to evaluate the lightning hazards in a certain region quantitatively. Results can clearly show the regional lightning risk component in Jiangsu. It figures out that in Jiangsu Province lightning risk has significant geographical differences and distribution of the risk of personal injury or death and the risk of economy is not the same and lightning protection work should be adapted to local conditions in different regions. |
