Study On Inheritance Of Cultural Symbols Of Qin Dynasty In The City Square Of Ancient Capital Xianyang

In the last century, because of the deficiency in self design concepts andtoo much importing cultural elements from abroad, the city square in our countryhas become stereotyped.Xianyang is founded land of the qin dynasty, the first feudal dynasty inChinese history.Qin culture,with more than two thousand years history and of theunique culture is given brith and accumulated here.Today, xianyang has becomeChinese cultural tourism city, the ideal livable cities, and health and leisuresanctuary. The city square in Xianyang plays a very important role as the carrierof the image of the city foreign display. Therefore, in order to design thexianyang city square with regional culture, the culture foundation combined withthe needs of the ages should be thoroughly taken to consideration.According to the study on inheritance of cultural symbols of the qin dynastyin the city square of ancient capital Xianyang, this essay introducescomprehensive system to discuss. In this paper, with the six chapters of thelength, discusses respectively the research background and content, culture andtheory relate to city square, the analysis of Qin and Qin culture symbols, theanalysis on the case of the symbols of Qin culture in xianyang city square design,and further discussed in details in the perspective of the symbols of Qin culturalthe squares design of Xianyang city. Based on the interpretation of Qin cultureand the symbols of Qin culture and their Specific performance and application inthe theme squares design, a characteristic of Qin culture in the design of squarecan be obtained. In the end of the paper, according to an example of Xianyang Tongyi square, a new related design idea and design method is put forward to theapplication of inheritance design wtih Qin culture symbols.In the analysis of city square in Xianyang, characteristic landscape citysquares which under the culture background are considered as the object of study.The innovations of this paper are as follows:First, with its full of varietyl culture connotation and cultural symbol form,Qin culture can give the later some enlightenment and lessons.Second, in the aspect on cultural inheritance, designs of city square inxianyang remain in the insufficient points. Summarizing the reasons can infavour of people’s method for cultural reference and inheritanceThird, the connotation of Qin culture and its cultual symbols form should beintegrated into the design of city square in xianyang.It will be of greatimportance to derive elite from the Qin cultural heritage, combining with naturalform, making great use of space processing technique to prominent design themeand highlight characteristic culture of Xianyang.The design of city square in Xianyang not only emphasizes external form,makes planing and manufacturing for space, but also attach importance tocreating an interaction and communication between square environment andpeople. Designers must make innovations on the basis of inheriting and makechanges in unity. With the reality of the basic conditions of Xanyang, they shouldtake advanced experience of learning from other places for the purpose of thecity square landscape under Qin cultural environment in Xianyang. Therefore,there are great significanceson the inheritance and application of Qin cultural andthe symbols. Citizensand tourists will learn much more about the history, cultureand social value of xianyang gradually. The development of tourism industry inxianyang will be speeded up and the urban will be open and expanded. Above all,it will contribute to state both our realistic significance and Long-term strategicsignificance to raise the city’s profile as a Chinese cultural tourism city in theworld.
