Nowadays,with high-speed railway being constructed on a large scale and gradually put into operation, the conflicts between railway operation capacities and its demands will be released. That can improve the speed and punctuation of railway; meanwhile, the quality of customer service will become more necessary and essential. However, the dynamic performance of high-speed train diagram is the key factor which has effect on the quality of transportation service.This thesis studies the issues on dynamics of high-speed train operation diagram by excerpting previous research results and accompanying with the specific characteristics of high-speed railway transport organizations. The main issues as following:1.This thesis clarifies the basic components of studying on the dynamics of high-speed train operation diagram from a theoretically view. The connotations of research and related concepts also are acquired by studying, analysing and summarizing the existing research results. Additionally, the structure characteristics, influencing factors and evaluation methodologies of high-speed train operation diagram will be discussed by accompanying with the specific characteristics of high-speed railway transport organization in China.2.The relationship between the structure and dynamic performance of high-speed train diagram will be talked about in this thesis from a qualitative view. On the basis of studying and analysing on the representation methods of the structure of train diagram,the thesis will deep analyse the the relationship among different speed among different kinds of trains、buffer time、 the layout of train path and the structure of train diagram.In addition, the relevant conclusion will be certainly guileful and significant for formatting and optimizing the train operation diagram.3.The issues of optimizing and valuing the buffer time of high-speed train diagram will be studied in this thesis as well from a quantitative view. Firstly, the thesis will summarize the basic theories,such as certain definitions and classifications of buffer time. Furthermore, the variation tendency of the total time and the valuation of buffer time will be discussed with the assumption that the total time delayed from an initial late train influencing the next train as target function. Lastly, the appropriate suggestions and methods of the buffer time in different scenarios will come out by doing this study.
