Research Of The CSI Residential Variability

Chinese urban housing patterns has distinct Chinese characteristics,we use the staircase two households or households’multilayer or high-rise residential buildings to meet the needs of the people’s increasing housing demand, it’s different to compared with the United States,Canada and other developed countries,which has much land and few people and in detached housing as the main residential type. With the people’s living standards improved,people’s life had changed,so people has the higher requirements to residential’s "diversification,flexibility,adaptability and variability". Chinese urban housing construction have changed the pursuit of quality from quantity.It’s the goal of our country residential construction and also the development trend of low carbon economy, using advanced housing design ideas to improve housing flexibility,comfort,health and realization of residential’s energy saving and emissin reducion. In oeder to meet people’s basic living problems as the fundamental starting point’s of the traditional cluster of houses,the malpractice of inflexible and immutability,the difficulty of repair,serious waste of resources has gradually revealde,and it’s contradictions to the people pursuiting the residential comfort and adaptability, and can not achieve the personalized needs of the residents.CSI residential,as a new residential forms,will become an important direction of the residential construction of China because it can meet the demand of the residents housing.CSI residential is China’s supporting housing,it’s put forward referenced to the theory and practice of the foreign supporting housing,SI residential and KSI residential,it has some important characteristics,for durability,updatability and variability.The key of this paper is the variability of the CSI residential,it can meet the houses’needs of different occupation and families;when the family size and structure changes, with the passage of time,it can also meet the differernt needs,and compensate for the shortages and disadvantages of the traditional cluster of houses,alleviate the housing problems and enhance the awareness of the comfort of the residential requirements.CSI residential will be the direction to solve our housing problems.As a new residential model, CSI residential has different constructions from the traditional cluster of houses,it has own unique construction techniques,and these special technical system is the premise of CSI residential variability,and analysis these technical system can deep our understand of CSI residential.This paper’s central idea is to illstrate that the variability of CSI residential has some adwantages that the traditional cluster of houses hasn’t,it can meet the diverse demand of different groups,and the variability has the simple operation and implementation.Chapter2discuss the realistic meaning of CSI residential’s variability and the influence to the development of residential industry, the main line basis theory and practice of the variability of domestic and international residential; in Chapter3,introduce the characteristics of variability and the method to realize the variability from the different adaptability of CSI residential,based on the variability of the volume and apartment layout to explain that the CSI residential variability is able to meet the variety of living requriments of the residents; Chapter4introduces the particular technology to achieve the CSI residential variability,which is the base to realize the CSI residential variability.As a new residential form,the theory and practice of CSI residential are not perfect,the extension of CSI residential and the development of housing industry need the joint efforts of all aspects.
