Research On Construction Cost Control Of Green Building

Green building embodies the concept of sustainable development.With the continuous progress of China's social economy,the development of green building is increasingly supported by better resources.At present,the development of green buildings in China still mainly relies on the advocacy of the government.It is impossible to achieve the sustainable development of the construction industry only through the development of green technologies with low development costs.Only through in-depth investigation of the current status of green buildings and their core concepts,which need further research.Because of the diversity of participants and the complexity of technologies,scientific planning management is needed to promote the development of green buildings,especially the control of construction cost.(1)Summarize relevant studies and relevant case practices on green building construction cost control at home and abroad.The concept of green building and its characteristics are expounded.(2)The concept of total life cycle cost of green building is introduced,the composition of total life cycle cost is analyzed,and the cost factors are treated with multilevel elaboration with AHP,and the main cost influencing factors are identified as the research object of this paper.(3)To analyze the relations between the each cost indicators,on the basis of the full life cycle thought to construct the reasonable concrete evaluation index system,based on the green building engineering project cost control system dynamics system,to build cost control SD model,and verified with a college literary style center as an example in this paper,using the comprehensive scientific research method and technical route.(4)According to the results of the SD model analysis to determine the cost control in the process of important cost index,and puts forward the corresponding cost control measures,won the green building cost control model based on system dynamics,for green building engineering project cost control to provide a scientific and effectivereference,a green building in the sustained,healthy development of our country.
