The Semi-rigid base material possesses high resistance to deformation ability,bearing capacity, better water stability and freezing resistance, which has a widerange of applications in our country. With semi- rigid base asphalt pavement has beenused widely , people increasingly found that its Pavement performance reduce fast aswell as Pavement service life is short. Especially some raininess humidification areain south, early destruction phenomenon of semi- rigid base asphalt pavement is moreserious. This article in view of this question, put forward setting broken stonehardcore between semi-rigid subbase and subgrade to make the function of drainageand breathe freely, in order to enhance the bearing capacity of the pavement structureand service life.This paper use traditional double disk load model for calculation model, throughthe use of Bisar3.0 software, influence of pavement structure of important indicatorssuch as deflection, stress and strain are analyzed; We made analysis on surfacedeflection and bottom layer tensile stress through changing modulus of subgrade andaxial load, and proved that broken stone hardcore can improve the bearing capacity;Through the HPDS2006, calculating cumulative effect of axial load from surfacedeflection proved cushion can rise the service life of pavement .This paper according to sha academicians SAC gradation design theory ofcoarse aggregate content were 55%, 65%, 65%, 70%, 75% and 2% respectively,mineral content, 4%, 6%, 8%,10% of the hybrid materials with permeableperformance, strength and water ability test performance, to determine the gravelpad to recommend the gradation range.For better ways of the observed data of a deep research, put forward theconstruction quality control in the process of the important indicator; Graded gravelto cushion the different construction methods for the aggregate gradation screeningtest data judgment, and analyzes its degree of segregation, judge the merits of theconstruction method; Through the water content test to determine when whitesuitable water addition, through the experimental way to determine the gravel padcompaction; Through the rubble cushion deflection value, the springback modulusand permeable performance testing to verify the cushion of the gradation gravel roadwith properties.
