The Preparation Of SBS Modified Asphalt And Performance Laboratory Expermental Study

In recent years,the constrction of highway system in our country is developingrapiadly,meanwhile,a large of completed highway enters into the maintenanceperiod,and the asphalt pavement maintenance work appear to implement.Entering ourcountry in 2000, Miro-surfacing have strong popularization and application in ourroad maintenance ,because of its convenience , little population and quick traffic.But,now in Miro-surfacing ,the mainly use of emulsified asphalt modificationemulsified asphalt is SBR,its low temperature performance is good,but hightemperature performance is insufficient, the high temperature performance of SBSmodification emulsified asphalt can meet the requirement,but difficult toemulsify ,difficult to promot to a wide range.Therefore ,this paper put SBS modifiedasphalt as material prepar SBS modification emulsified asphalt,and study itspavement performance with laboratory research.First of all,this paper discuss the importance of road building andmaintenance,intruduces the research situation of emulsified asphalt in the domesticand forein, has analyzed the modification mechanism and emulsification mechanismof modification emulsified asphalt.After ananlyzing the preparation of emulsifiedasphalt modification process,accroding to the expermental condition selecte theprocess of modification before emulsifide.Secondly, this paper intruduces emulsified bitumen modification of raw materialsand preparation of use,and by using the orthogonal experiment design select the bestof emulsion factors. The conventional evaluation methods and properties of modifiedSHRP classification method for SBS modification emulsified asphalt .In addtion ,this paper has also further investigated pavement performance ofMiro-surfacing mixture. designing the micro-surfacin combined with the projectexample, meet the need of the actual project.
