With the expansion of data centers and server rooms, there is a huge market demand for intelligent power distribution cabinet. As the core of the intelligent power distribution cabinet, intelligent power distribution monitoring system is used to implement intelligent monitoring and control of human-computer interaction, It’s design and development has a far-reaching and important practical significance.The main contents of this paper:First, this paper analyzed product design, development status, development trends of the related products in and out of our country, summed up the requirements and implementation of intelligent power distribution monitoring system. Determine the overall structure of the intelligent power distribution monitoring system and developed the technical standards.Secondly, according to the electrical signal characteristics of power quality problems, discussed the measurement and analysis of the basic power quality parameters in detail. Described the principle of the FFT and it’s implementation steps. Simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.Third, this paper completed the design and development of the system’s hardware and software components according to the functional and technical requirements of intelligent power distribution monitoring system.Finally, this paper verified the accuracy and speed of operation of the Department by experiment and analyzed the systematic errors of the system.With real-time, high accuracy, low cost, the intelligent power distribution monitoring system has achieved the desired design goals, and it was well positioned to meet the requirements of the cooperative enterprise.
