In the recent20years, the development of the vehicle industry in our country improvedrapidly. With the promotion of people’s living standard, consumers have more demand onthe car,for its functions, entertainment and so on. The car is no longer just a traffic tools. Inorder to improve vehicle dynamic performance, safety, comfort, operation andenvironmental protection, modern science will put the wireless, electronic device, equipmentfor entertainment into the car, provide more convenience for passengers. In the green society,the electrical vehicle has a good future.With the increasing of the electronic controllers, the exchange of controllers’ databecome a project. In order to avoid reducing the reliability of automotive electronic controlsystems, the thick wiring harness no longer meets the requirements of a lightweight.Multiplexed bus technology can be effective vehicles to form a network, thereby reducingcosts. This makes the vehicle network system to become a research focus of the automotiveelectronics industry. The vehicle network system is involved in many aspects, I will focus oncontrol strategies and diagnostic research. To understand and explain the role of each node inthe vehicle network, the company and digital communication systems are being developed toanalyze and describe. Saibao electric car electrical system of digital communications, wewill draw the amount of mature electronics industry interfaces and communication protocols.Power system communications, provide useful lessons for future system development, trialof the CAN network system between the engine ECU.The difference between traditional vehicle and electrical vehicle is the driving power.Battery offers the power for the electrical vehicle. Analogously, the engine of the electricalvehicle is motor controller. The two aspects of the research, will help us to develop theelectrical vehicle. This paper analyzes working principle of the motor controller and itsparameters.In this paper, the author will introduce the particular function of electrical vehicle andthe car’s control, and analyse the CAN BUS on the Saibao car.
