With the fast development, the station architecture is growing and air condition energy has a high ratio consumption of the total station energy, therefore, it is necessary to research how to ensure the waiting room of station thermal comfort and change the indoor air conditioning to natural ventilation as much as possible to save energy. And more research before people is the thermal comfort of evaluation standards and adaptive mode about lliving building and office building, is not a specifically adaptability of the proposed model about waiting room of railway stations.In order to solve this problem, the author has done thermal environment test from April of2010to September of2011in five different climate zone in the condition of natural ventilation, including chengdu, shenyang, zhengzhou, hankou and kunming railway station waiting room. The test will combine the subjective survey and an objective test, namely the subjective questionnaire survey and field instruments test. On the data and questionnaire data, we statistic some date, include:the waiting time, hot or cold, damp or dry, wind sense, air quality, light and the overall evaluation. Compare the satisfaction of the passengers questionnaire and the data from PPD, find the reason of the existence difference; In different outdoor temperature tn, recurrence the questionnaire survey about corresponding PMV and the indoor dry temperature, can draw the line of interior dry ball tg temperature when PMV=0, the temperature that is for the temperature outside which is corresponding the hot neutral temperature, then imitate the outside temperature and the corresponding thermal neutral temperature, we can get the thermal comfort adaptation model of railway station waiting room:tn=17.03+0.228tn, this model R=0.905, the corresponding outdoor temperature range is from17.5℃to32.5℃.We use the energy simulation software EnergyPlus to simulate the whole year of the waiting room (mainly is the summer and transition season) and get something about thermal environment, combined the station model and get the season and period of time which can meet the thermal comfort in condition of natural ventilation, in these period, change the indoor environment control from air conditioning to natural ventilated to save energy. At the same time also received the railway passenger energy saving rate according to climate zoning from high to low order:guangzhou (hot summer and warm winter area), Shanghai (hot summer and cold winter zone), chengdu (hot summer and cold winter zone), kunming (mild area), zhengzhou (cold area), Harbin (cold region), in addition, also discusses three impact factors of energy saving rate:open rate of the window, Windows spacing, story height of the waiting room, we can get the conclusion:as story height increase, energy saving rate also increase, and open rate of the window, windows spacing will bring larger influence when story height bring smaller influence.
