In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy and society, with urbanization are accelerated gradually, more and more large public buildings is established.Study in the construction of new railway station structure and the indoor thermal comfort at the same time, but to some earlier completion has been used in large railway station of indoor thermal environment and air conditioning equipment operation problems has been little involved in. Waiting environment quality directly affect the passengers travel mood,and indoor personnel sent is the most direct factor restricting to the air conditioning load.Aiming at this problem, derivation the summer air conditioning load operation control strategy.This paper takes Xi ’an railway station as the research object, test and questionnaire of the indoor and outdoor thermal environment in summer in railway station waiting. On the basis of trying to grasp the waiting room indoor thermal wet present situation and the thermal comfort of human body characteristics, in order to put forward a better way that can satisfy the people to the waiting environment.1.Tested the indoor and outdoor thermal environment in the summer of 2013 and 2014,including: outdoor air dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature; indoor air temperature,relative humidity, mean radiant temperature and air flow speed; subjective questionnaire survey content including: the subjects’ background information, waiting time, clothing,thermal sensation vote on the indoor temperature and humidity, air fresh degree of the overall feeling of evaluation.2.Through data processing, using the thermal comfort evaluation methods and hot expected vote to examine some of the mutual influence of people on the thermal environment to the overall situation, master the waiting room indoor thermal environment parameters and passengers satisfaction of environment.3.According to the overall situation of someplace analysis results, from the Angle of technology, puts forward a kind of changing the distribution of airflow organization form,using the simulation software Airpak model, comparison and analysis of air flow organization would be able to better satisfy people to waiting environmental thermal comfort requirements, achieve the goal of improve the waiting environment.4.From the perspective of theory, combined with Xi ’an stand volume of passenger travel in the summer, using the impact of waiting staff to the indoor environmental parameters to fitting the air-conditioning load operation control strategy :y =0.3327x+23.642.
