Research On Safety Evaluation Of Railway Marshslling Station

Safety evaluation is an important technical means of implementation of safety management, as well as important component of safety engineering, with the ultimate aim is to give related measures of controlling or eliminating risks and preventing accidents, and to lay the foundation for ensuring safety objectives of the system, establishing safety planning of system and achieving comprehensive optimization of the system safety.Marshalling station take the traffic distribution, locomotive for hanging, rolling stock inspection and repair, and freight check, in the process needs large of train disintegration, train formation, information processing and the other technology jobs, so the safety of marshalling station play a decisive role on the entire railway system security. Marshalling station security is closely related to the network security and smooth, production efficiency even business benefit, and has an important effect on railway transport sustainable development. Safety evaluation of marshalling station has a certain amount of theoretical significance on ensuring safety and reduce incidence of marshalling yard.In this paper, on the basis of research and analysis on domestic and foreign, first of all, introduced the safety of marshalling station evaluation theory, briefly describes the means, methods, and processes of safety evaluation, define the meaning of safety evaluation of marshalling station, and determine the evaluation methods and evaluation processes used in this article. Next, conducted systems analysis on the safety of marshalling station operation, including marshalling station basic work, work processes and work security features, and analysis the factors influence the safety of marshalling from the personnel, equipment, environment and management. Then, on this basis, establishing the evaluation index system for marshalling station security, and application the AHP based on matter element analysis method for determining weights, and construction the safety assessment of marshalling station based on matter element analysis model. Finally, the Chengdu North marshalling station for instance, with previously established security evaluation model for it, came to the Chengdu North marshalling station safety evaluation results, and proposed measures to enhance security in Chengdu North marshalling station, to provide a decision-making basis on safety management of Chengdu North marshalling station.
