Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station is one of the largest railway marshalling stations in Asia.It connects North China,East China,South China,Northwest China and Southwest China Railways..The work safety of Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station is very important.Aiming at the safety evaluation of Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station,this paper obtains many factors affecting the work safety of Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station by consulting data,on-site investigation and statistical analysis,and summarizes these factors into two aspects for analysis,namely,macro factors(people,equipment and environment)and micro factors.At the same time,based on the principles of scientificity,completeness,specificity,independence and conciseness,the safety evaluation index system is constructed.With the personnel factor,equipment factor,environmental factor and management factor as the first-level indicators,the staffs education level,technical business,labor attitude and safety performance of basic equipment are selected.Safety monitoring and related equipment safety performance,equipment safety management,internal and external environment,safety management organization effectiveness,safety production system,construction project safety management as the secondary indicators;38 three-level indicators were selected to form the Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station safety evaluation index system.In the evaluation index,the weights of human factors are higher than those of other evaluation factors.It can be seen that human factors are very important in the safe operation of marshalling yard,and the theory originates from reality.In the marshalling yard operation process must pay attention to human factors,in order to ensure the safety of marshalling yard operation,reduce marshalling yard operation accidents,the importance of human factors is indispensable,regardless of the interaction of factors,the weight of the first-class index ranking for human(0.1638),management(0.1356),environment(0.0947),equipment(0.1059),and After considering the mutual influence of factors,the ranking of the first-class index weight becomes(0.1444),environment(0.1280),management(0.1217),equipment(0.1060).In objective reality,environmental factors are also more serious factors in marshalling station.Environmental factors and personnel factors,equipment factors,management factors are closely related to each other,and the weight of the environment must be relatively high.The equipment factor directly reflects the busy degree of marshalling yard,and the larger the traffic volume,the more accident-prone.Among the equipment factors,the weight ranking without considering the mutual influence is basic equipment(0.2034),safety monitoring and related equipment(0.1691),equipment safety management level(0.1276).For management factors,80%of marshalling station accidents are caused by human factors,and 80%of human factors can be controlled by effective management.To improve marshalling station safety,we must pay attention to management,especially marshalling station management,improve marshalling station management level,can enhance marshalling station safety.Finally,the F-ANP model is used to evaluate the safety of Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station.The evaluation result is 0.4599,and the corresponding risk is "low risk".The evaluation result directly reflects the safety situation of Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station.It provides a theoretical reference for railway management and how to further improve the construction and management of Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station.Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station played a positive role.
