| Railway marshalling station,as an important traffic hub and distribution center of railway transportation network,undertakes the task of disintegration and marshalling of most freight trains.With the steady growth of the total annual freight volume of China’s railway,the operation volume of marshalling station is growing,and the risk of safety production is also increasing.The safe operation of the marshalling station directly affects the effective operation of the regional railway system,among which the safety of the operation of thenetwork marshalling station is the most important,which is related to the production efficiency,smooth transportation and economic benefits of a considerable range of railway network.In the past,there was little research on the accident characteristics analysis and safety evaluation of railway marshalling station.In the new situation,the influencing factors and evaluation methods of safety production are worth further discussion.Firstly,the paper makes statistical analysis on the existing data of production safety accidents in the marshalling station.Starting from the occurrence time,occurrence form,direct cause of the accident and the main types of work responsible for the accident,it summarizes the occurrence law of the accidents in the marshalling station,and then summarizes the three major safety influencing factors of "personnel","equipment" and "environment" in turn,and combines the actual situation of the marshalling station in the road network On this basis,based on the extenics theory,the multi-level extension network marshalling station safety evaluation model is constructed,and the index weight is determined by AHP.Taking Lanzhoubei Railway Station in Gansu Province as an example,the network marshalling station safety evaluation index system and model are applied to evaluate it and the safety risk level is divided into four levels from low to high.The corresponding level evaluation is given to all aspects related to the safety operation of the station.After inspection and expert feedback,the evaluation results can well reflect the safety production status of Lanzhoubei Railway Station.It can be seen from the research results that the multi-level extension network marshalling station safety evaluation model constructed in this paper has certain applicability,which can provide theoretical and technical support for managers to analyze and master the safety production status and level of railway transportation network marshalling station,and provide corresponding decision-making basis for the improvement of safety production management of such marshalling station in China’s railway system. |
