With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, high-speed railway and rail transit construction is in full swing, especially in the recent years there has been28major cities got rail transit project construction approved by the State.Automatic Train Control(ATC)system in the railway and rail transit is indispensable, the system provides powerful system and technical support in protecting the train operation safety、punctuality、accurate parking、energy saving、comfortable etc. Because of the rapid development of the rail transit construction, improvement of people living standard and travel requirements, ATC system must ensure the safe operation of the train and other ATO performance index aspects. So study and optimize control strategy of the train control system is particularly important.Based on rail transit ATC system, the paper focuses on one of three key technologies of ATC system----ATO system performance index and its optimal control algorithm.Through the analysis and comparison the rationality of the ATO system control algorithm between domestic and foreign research, paper gives ATO system performance evaluation index; considering the traction and braking、accurate location energy saving、 comfort and punctuality etc. performance index in the train running process, study the train driving process and control strategy, constitute ATO system hierarchy structure with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), confirm objective weight with the Entropy weight method, fix objective weight with subjective weight confirmed by AHP, finally obtained ATO performance index weight distribution based on AHP—Entropy; on this basis, according to ATO multi-objective decision, optimized ATO control sequence through the entropy weight method, and then establish ATO control rules and fuzzy control algorithm model; Using MATLAB simulation tool validate the rationality of this ATO algorithm, then develop simulation platform using object-oriented programming language, validation the correctness and superiority of ATO optimizing control algorithm.Through research and simulation of the ATO optimizing control algorithm, the result has not only satisfied the requirement the ATO performance index, but also reflected the subjectivity and objectivity of the train control, the results has certain reference value in improving ATO performance.
