The Research Of The Railway Container Crane Simulating Operating System Based On Ogre

Crane simulation operating system uses3D virtual simulation technology to create an immersive and interactive environment simulating reality. To be specific, the modern high-tech technology is applied to realize realistic virtual environment combined auralization and visualization. The user, with the help of external facilities such as crane control equipment, mouse and keyboard, etc interacts naturally with the objects of virtual environment, so as to provide the feelings and experiences we can get under the real environment. OGRE, an open source3D graphics rendering engine, is applied in this paper. Based on Visual studio.net for OGRE rendering graphics engine second programming, a simulation operating system which is applicable to railway container crane is developed to realize the purpose of training.This paper studies above problems in following aspects:(1) On the basis of research about structure character and working character of container gantry crane, this paper simplifies the container gantry crane and its railway freight, and applies professional3D modeling software3DS MAX2009to construct3-D scene models of whole railway freight, so as to realize realistic3-D railway freight scene.(2) Comprehensive consideration of the character of3DS MAX software and OGRE rendering graphics engine, this paper chooses OgreMax plugin to export3D railway freight scene from3DS MAX2009. With the OgreMaxWinViewer which is of OgreMax plugin the exported data is modified, so that the program is called real-time and correctly.(3) In crane simulation operating field, OGRE is put forward for scene rendering driver, which is an open source3D graphics rendering engine. Based on Visual studio.net for OGRE rendering graphics engine second programming, a simulation operating system which is applicable to railway container crane is developed, to realize the purpose of training.(4) Combining real operation condition of container gantry crane and related assessment standards of crane driver training, and according to many kinds of variables such as work environment, task requires, speed and so on, makes the different level examination program, and gives the final score referring to score standard.This pape provides a good simulation of operation training platform for crane driver, and truly displays railway freight scene, to provide the feelings and experiences we can get under the real environment.
