In recent years, Chinese railway system have achieved a serial of grace development, and redesigned the whole rail-net, implemented many high-speed-rail projects, presented as "four column four row". With the high-speed-rail projects starting, a great of promotion have been appeared on the research institution. So there are some key factors been concerned, such as:ride stability、 safety、 and vehicle ride comfort, meanwhile, the research of train lateral stability have became the most important problem.Among the problem of the lateral stability, the researchers’eyes focus on the hunting, which is the key subject. Hunting always be classified as the directly hunting and the indirectly hunting, the directly hunting is the wheel hunting and the indirectly hunting is the train bogie hunting. The recent institution in this subject is the design of the hunting damper to which improve the critical speed. Because the hunting is a self-excited vibration, its energy came from the locomotive traction, and couldn’t be disappeared during the ride. Although this movement was be controlled as damping statement, the hunting occasionally emerge among the ride, the reason is that track irregularity、 the contraction between the wheel and track and so on. Consequently, the real-time monitor of the hunting is necessary to the high-speed-rail.This paper mainly analyses the hunting inspection in the high-speed-rail systematically, introduce the theory of the monitor system clearly, and design the homepage of the monitor system. The main works are:1) Analysis the hunting movement from two aspect—geometry and vehicle dynamic, and set up the simulation formula of hunting when the high-speed train running.2) Analysis the lateral vibration caused by hunting movement, choose the acceleration as vibratory magnitude, and set up the hunting inspection criterion.3) Design the real-time monitor page,content: date acquisition, signal analysis, statement monitor, alarm and feedback.4) We employ the labview to design the report generating system, which realize that the relevant data can be saved and called...
