At present, the residential building energy efficiency design standards set forth in theexisting buildings need energy-saving target of65%, while the rate of about45%share ofenergy-saving building envelope, thus improving the building envelope insulationperformance is particularly critical for reducing building energy consumption. At this stage, the energy-saving transformation of the existing structure has become an important part ofcivil engineering, but the problem that buildings still reliable enough during the subsequentuse of energy saving is not taken seriously enough. In the process of energy-savingtransformation of the existing building, making the overall weight of structure increase, changing the internal force and deformation of structure, the overall seismic performance ofthe existing structure is Adverse and the reliability of the building will be reduced or evenresult in serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the reliability of theexisting structure before the energy-saving transformation. In this paper, taking an8-layer frame-shear wall structure as example, systematicallystudy on the estimates of the reliability of existing buildings after the energy-savingtransformation, and research from the following aspects. First of all, introduce the basicconcepts of reliability and calculation method of the center-point method design point methodabout structural components’ reliability, consider the load model of the existing buildingstructure and the random process model of resistance decay over time, determine thecombination of load effects, give formula for the cross-section bearing capacity of the varioustypes of elements (beams, columns, shear walls), and use practical First Order SecondMoment to calculate the reliability of the existing structural components. Second, calculate areliable indicator of the floor by load/resistance ratio and weight coefficients of eachcomponent in the same layer, then according to the mutual relations between the layers todetermine a reliable indicator of the existing building structures. The last, analysis the8-layerframe-shear wall structure of energy-saving example for structural system reliability, and useit as reference, according to a reliable indicator of structural bearing capacity limit andstructural identification of the conclusions to determine whether the building forenergy-saving transformation.
