Organic Old Industrial Space Environment Planning Study

The author studies comprehensive application and management of abandoned factory, and then analyzes and studies the potential values of those economic function-lost or half-lost abandoned factory on entertainment. What’s more, a tentative analysis of the landscape type in the post-industrial age is given in the thesis, prospecting the innovation and application of the townscape type in China.Given to the background of the old industrial base’s founding and its current situation, the author does a study on the technology for ecological recovery and the design of landscape regeneration in the old industrial base, aiming to solve problems of the base’s renovation and development. Based on the ecology and the landscape architecture, and adhering to the principle of low-carbon and environmental protection, the author does the previously mentioned research, and finds the way to improve the surrounding environment of the old industrial base and recover its ecology. Also, by the artistic design, the author has got an idea for the landscape regeneration. The author realizes the effective cyclic utilization of the waste plants finally. In this thesis, by doing lots of investigations on the innovation, author mainly concerns those large-scale old industrial bases. Taking the creative design for the space environment innovation of the waste plants in Laigang Iron Ltd., Shandong province as an example, the thesis is meaningful and significant as for the environment, the social culture and the resource utilization.Based on a thorough survey of the current buildings, gardens and service facilities in Laigang, the author puts forwards some opinions for old industrial bases’innovation, directing the innovation in a right way. Then, the thesis benefits the simultaneous and sustainable development of the culture and economy in those old industrial bases, thus draws a grand blueprint for the development of the old industrial bases in China.
