Today, the whole society is advocating low-carbon travel, P+R parking bring a new wayof travel choice in life to the people lot for its low-carbon travel parking concept, which byadvocating the choice of public transportation system and transferring from private cars topublic transportation system in the city to eliminate the number of vehicles in the downtownarea is a good method to relieve the traffic congestion in city. At this stage of our country, thereason of P+R car park is not large-scale popular is mainly concentrated in the parking lot ofthe base site, details of the processing, spatial design techniques and pricing strategy, etc. thispaper beginning with P+R parking space on the environmental issues discussed, throughanalyzed and summarized the impact of P+R car park space, quality elements in order toimprove the P+R parking lot of efficiency and comfort, and vigorously advocate the conceptof low-carbon bus travel.The start of the problems faced by this article from the spatial development of the P+Rparking system, the P+R parking space is divided into a parking space, traffic transfer spaceand ancillary space of three parts, to conduct field research on the Beijing P+R car parkspace summary and analysis of the factors of the constraints of P+R parking system ofspatial development, will analyze the results and spatial elements of the combination of theproposed spatial configuration of the P+R parking system, the P+R parking system isdivided into two planar and three-dimensional type, the P+R parking space to a morecomprehensive analysis and summary. P+R parking system design principles on the basis ofthe theoretical framework of the P+R parking space, the corresponding theoretical guidancefor the location of the P+R parking system, parking efficiency, parking environment, andcharging strategy.The end of the article for the P+R parking space design a comprehensive and systematicexposition of the combination preceding research in the parking space, traffic transfer spaceand ancillary space for three aspects of space on the P+R parking system design, to explore P+R parking space and comfort for the subsidiary of P+R parking space generally lackstressed the importance of the subsidiary space in the P+R parking system.P+R parking on the popularization and development of urban public transport systemplays a vital role in this paper, which by exploring how to create a comfortable and efficientpark and ride space, which provide some reference to the design of park and ride space, butalso for the urban transport system high-speed and healthy development of protection.
