The Research Of Spatial Form Evolution Of Old Industrial Area

The formation and development of old industrial area is the main undertaker of primary industrialization, also is power of early urbanization. But the development of urbanization, the adjustment of industrial structure and the upgrade of industrial itself, result in the change of industrial structure. Although industrialization of each country begins at different times, the economic system of each country is different, but every process experiences the" brilliant-fading-Renaissance". The spatial form of old industrial area is an important part of the space structure of city, and is the key area of the use of land and the refreshment of city. Heavy chemical industry and enterprises is always the centre of old industrial area, it benefits our economics, however, it threatens the safety of environment. The study of old industrial area helps to improve the city’s economic benefit, ecological benefit and competitiveness.Recently, the research of old industry has caused wildly public concerns; researchers mainly study the location changes, the reform and the protection of old industrial area. This paper will study the spatial form evolution of old industrial area, which includes the evolution of compositions of old industrial area and the formal composition of old industrial area and other related areas. This paper will combine the evolution of micro individual and the composition of macroscopic groups, and possess the period and space. This paper will adopt the technical route which combining theory and practice to analysis characteristics of spatial form evolution of old industrial area, to find the dynamical mechanism of spatial form evolution of old industrial area. At the same time, this thesis would use domestic and foreign experiences of old industrial district to propose the strategy of old industrial district, which is benefit to its development.
