Research On The Spatial Form Integration Of Resource-based Cities In Northeast China Based On The Regeneration Of Industrial Remains

Resource-based cities are an important member of many types of cities in our country.They have made significant contributions to my country’s economic development for a long time.However,the transformation of traditional industries and the exhaustion of resources have made resource-based cities encounter difficulties on the road to sustainable development.At present,most resource-based cities are industrial cities and are in the process of transforming from resource-based to comprehensive cities.Therefore,a large number of important industrial relics in cities have become a part of the future urban development that cannot be ignored.Properly handle and utilize these industrial relics.,Whether it is for the development of the tertiary industry or for the protection of urban culture and the sustainable development of the city have a certain significance.The thesis first conducts theoretical research.The first chapter conducts theoretical research on domestic and foreign industrial relics and urban spatial morphology through the introduction,analyzes and summarizes the research status,and introduces the purpose and content of the research,and proposes the research method and the research framework.After that,a case study is carried out.The second chapter mainly analyzes the current urban situation of Daqing City and the industrial development process of Daqing City through the methods of field investigation,literature research and visit research.Through the analysis of the evolution of the urban form of Daqing and the current status of the industrial remains in Daqing,the current problems in the spatial form of Daqing and the shortcomings in the utilization and protection of industrial remains are obtained.The third chapter discusses the relevance of industrial heritage regeneration and urban morphology by combining theory with actual conditions,and finds that industrial heritage regeneration is closely related and positive to the road network,blocks,nodes,urban land,and development axis of the urban morphology.Meaning.The fourth chapter of the article puts forward the principles and strategies for the integration of resource-based urban spatial morphology based on the regeneration of industrial relics.According to the principles of people-oriented,local conditions,flexibility,and integrity,the development axis is proposed to strengthen the characteristics and to expand along the development axis;urban land use Planning guidelines and optimization of land use functions;enriching the form of blocks and controlling building density;constructing a road network with rich coherent levels;and adding five main strategies for the construction of industrial cultural nodes.Finally,the article is summarized,and the conclusions obtained not only broaden the perspective of the reuse of industrial relics,but also put forward meaningful strategies for the integration of spatial forms,and put forward new prospects for future research.
