| This paper mainly focuses on Simply-supported continuous box beam bridge analysis theory, introduces the simply-supported continuous box beam synchronous jacking construction technology with the replacing of the bearings in the jacking process. Study finite element analysis of basic theory and bridge synchronous jacking process simulation method and use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the three-dimensional solid, box girder model, for different span different lifting height of the simply-supported continuous box beam space model analysis, determining the jacking sequence and the lifting height. The research contents are listed as follows:(1) Review synchronous jacking system, synchronous jack-up technology principle and jacking technology technical problems we faced;(2) The synchronous jack-up technology application and the jacking process should be paid attention to the problem;(3) Through the ANSYS simulation of different span, different conditions, different lifting height, I analysis displacement and reaction force variation in the jacking process. After a detailed analysis of the lifting of different height on prestressed reinforcement and deck pavement impact, the lifting height control was determined;(4) Through the ANSYS simulation analysis of main beam stress, displacement and bearing force variation of basis, I consider jacking of prestressed reinforcement and deck paving effect, making lifting scheme, and determine the grade of the lifting height, lifting and Simulation of synchronization, stress in the most disadvantageous position, and so on;(5) Based on the lifting scheme and the girder lifting process of stress analysis, I establish the monitoring program with a monitoring control of ANSYS simulation theory data. |
