The topics started from ECIM(Enterprise Common Information Model) which born outof the international norms,such as IEC61970and IEC61968.First,outlined the background andpractical significance of the paper, briefly introduced the research status at home and abroad,carefully studied the power device model based on ECIM, which focuses on the power gridmodel, the physical device model, power grid data, production management, marketing andmeasurement, GML support and so on. Then based on the digital grid application of ZhaoqingPower Supply Bureau,introduced the graphic model exchange system and platformtechnologies routes and key technologies, elaborated on the principles and methods of dataaccess, integration and sharing, focusing on the production management system and SCADAsystem’s equipment accounting and network topology in order to establish the graphic modelswitching system and platform. Last will the ECIM research achievements as a cornerstone ofthe digital grid model, applied directly to the integrated application platform for theconstruction of the digital supply, briefly to show the effect of platform applications.System is mainly used TIBCO,WEB SERVICE and importing database data for dataintegration and sharing of the production system, the distribution network GIS system, theSCADA, the metering automation system and the marketing system, applications andreal-time control systems of accounting of the main distribution network equipment, networktopology information integration and sharing to a unified platform, through the WEB-GISinterface to show the500kV Substation to220V client unified "digital supply informationassets for policy-makers understand the jurisdiction grid panoramic provide a unified,comprehensive, overall the data support the important data support and source of the powergrid, enterprise-wide management improvement. For the current status and futuredevelopment of an integrated platform for digital supply and WEB-GIS applications, a briefanalysis provides a theoretical basis and improvements for the future improvement andupgrading.
