Today, China’s rapid economic development energy use is very broad and general. This allows a substantial increase in China’s energy demand, energy supply and more intense, which power resources are relatively scarce. According to statistics, the total electricity consumption for lighting a ratio greater than10%, so the lighting system design for energy saving lighting control equipment is necessary.LED light source has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, long life, but the existing large-capacity lighting systems use traditional light sources such as high pressure sodium lamp, if transform the system, that is the high cost and complex processes. So the control object select traditional light sources, the first of the two main light sources for illumination and power of the comparative analysis of selected high-pressure sodium lamp as a system of control object. Then compared and analyzed the main regulator of several ways at home and abroad, for the binary system dynamic load tap the hardware design, introduces the various parts of the works, and given the actual situation of the circuit parameters, this system can dynamically rapid completion of the task-load voltage regulation, while the completion of energy-saving purposes.The lighting system have great impact by power grid fluctuations, and the voltage control is not precise enough, it would decrease the stability of the system, affecting the life and upgrade of the system. In this text, these lighting systems for large-capacity technology to study some of the key experiments, and has been a relatively satisfactory results.In this paper, the following were studied:1. Prediction of voltage fluctuation, laid the foundation for the load voltage regulation.This text using the BP neural network model to predict the voltage source, the results obtained by simulation, demonstrated the feasibility of voltage fluctuations predicted, and that way predict voltage can. application regulator in the actual process.2. By binary voltage regulator technology to complete the smart power-saving purposes.This text use DSP control thyristor switch matrix, achieve voltage compensation by binary transformer unit, complete the design of the voltage compensation method and the hardware circuit, achieve the requirements of the system voltage regulator, complete purpose of the intelligent power-saving.3. Do the research reactive power compensation and harmonic inhibition, design the circuit.Research reactive power compensation for lighting systems, design circuit of reactive power compensation, taking into account the harmonic pollution to the system, research harmonic suppression, design circuit of harmonic suppression, the application of reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression make the system energy saving energy saving effect is more pronounced.Experiments show that the effect of the regulator energy saving can be achieved on the key technologies of large-capacity energy-saving lighting. Experimental results show that this system can meet the high capacity of energy-saving lighting system control requirements, not only saves energy, and extended lamp life, reduce the use of cost, better complete the purpose of energy saving lighting.
