The purpose of the production is to satisfy the demand of the sale. It is also the carrier of the development of the enterprise. How to effectively use market feedback information, fast respond to the market demand, get the best market result, improve the product impact and meet consumer demand, is one of the key issues which all the enterprises consider in the process of the development.Based on the study of forecast model for sales demand, the paper finally select smooth index method as sales forecast method through the contrast analysis of existing prediction methods, forecasting response rate a(or call smooth coefficient) of smooth index method is required in the range between0~1.The variable is gotten through the analysis of the history data and the seasonal factor. The reality of product forecast is influenced by many factors. The paper finds a fixed function variable adjustment factor δ for sales forecast model when the smooth index method is used to sales forecast model. The factor plays a key role in the regulation difference between the theory forecast and the actual demand.With sales demand forecast, according to rolling production planning analysis method, the correct analysis production scheduling quantity in the process of production is the key to production planning. Main production plan is important in the process of production for the enterprise management. the paper makes the detailed analysis and summary for the production plan and the control of the production capacity. According to the production scheduling analysis formula, it gets the main production plan for weeks by calculating theory production scheduling and production scheduling forecast.The application of the linear programming and constraint theory is to test the stability of the production planning formula. We know it maybe get the scientific production scheduling by the analysis of the method. Through the application of the linear programming and constraint theory, the production scheduling of the type and quantity is optimized in order to get the biggest profits. By studying two products production scheduling problem to simulate the use of tools, It can find out the best combination of production scheduling and form the theoretical foundation of the SAP system for calculation the order of the production planning.Combined with the SAP system, the method discusses the key link and the specific tools for the production scheduling in major business process by studying the scientific forecasting of the sales demand and the main production plan. through the SAP system, Linear programming and constraint theory achieve the information exchange and data transformation between the sales forecast management and the production system.Through introducing the sales demand changed to the planned order with the program and parameters in the SAP system, the paper achieves the process which make the sales demand forecasting change to the the production plan.The purpose of the production is to get the profits. We find MTO and MTS in production system can together solve the market diversification demand in the construction machinery industry. The two modes are the complementary relationship.They solve the production scheduling technical problem of the main production plan. It is a scientific production scheduling method.Through the mass customization and the research of the best economic batch, we can establish the equalization principle to MTS and MTO. Eventually, based on the SAP system, the paper gets the result that the sales order have priority in the equilibrium model of the master production schedule.Combining theory with practice, the paper gets the best solution for the production scheduling method of the construction machinery. based on sales order priority in the equilibrium model, the production scheduling method can solve the contradiction between supply and demand, guide the production for the stock replenishment, and effectively cut delivery period. It can also lower the finished goods inventory, realize flexible manufacturing, and then improve the level of company operation.
