Since the reform and opening, the domestic elevator industry has developed rapidly. More and more people flock to the cities. The urban population and demand for space is increasing, making the city of the living space is very limited. In order to more fully utilize the limited space resources and a broader perspective,pepole has been more and more eyes on the construction of high-level, ultra-high-rise buildings. The high-rise buildings makes the elevator speed faster and faster, exacerbated by the vibration of the elevator as the elevator running speed increases, the vibration of the elevator is the most important issue that must be resolve. However, the elevator vibration and shock intensified affect the performance of the elevator, and additional dynamic load on the traction system, shorten the life of the elevator and components. The strong vibration will affect the elevator on the measurement and control instruments to work properly, so that the elevator can not operate normally,result in security incidents.Therefore,the vibration characteristics of the study elevator is of major significance to the development of high-level high-speed elevators.According to the classification of the basic structure of the elevator and the elevator, detailed composition and functions of each part of the elevator, and according to the different functions of the elevator, the classification of the elevator. Analysis of the traction elevator vertical direction on the main excitation source, according to the vibration of the traction elevator mechanism, draw the vertical direction of the elevator system dynamics model, and the elevator system was simplified as a spring-mass model based on the actual operating status of the model. Using Newton’s second law, establish the dynamic equation for the vertical direction of the elevator mechanical vibration system, and describe the kinetic model parameters. Different elevator speed curve on the elevator operating efficiency and vibration impact.This paper briefly describes the characteristics of a triangle speed curve and trapezoidal speed curve, and compare different trapezoidal curve and parabolic velocity curve to determine the parabolic velocity curve of the best working system for high-speed high-rise elevator. According to the kinetic model of the elevator, applying the initial conditions to solve the differential equations derived vibration displacement as a function of time. using numerical methods, adopt matlab programming, and obtain the elevator car vibration displacement, velocity and acceleration of the dynamic response simulation curve. And analysis the simulation curves of the theoretical, and preliminary optimization the inherent parameters and operating parameters.This article describes the hardware components of the elevator vibration test systems, as well as various parts of the role and main characteristics. Select a high-level high-speed elevator to the field experiment, reference model simulation results, Using the test system software Labview acquisition signal analysis and processing. Comparative experimental results and simulation results,analysis concluded that the simulation model can reflect the vibration characteristics of the elevator mechanical vibration system on the whole, therefore, verifing the correctness of the mathematical model.
