With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the comfort evaluation of the high-speed railway location design has become an important part of the overall design. Comfort evaluation level directly reflects the pros and cons of variant projects in railway location, which has an important application value in the design of high speed railway. This project, facing to the high speed railway design, is based on the theory of train operation simulation and vehicle and route dynamic. On the content of comfort evaluation of high speed railway design, this project adds train operation simulation to vehicle and route dynamic theory. On the basis of dynamic results, it achieves the calculation of comfort elevation indexes and the comfort evaluation of railway location design. And based on the principle of Optimum Matching Design between Vehicles and Railway, it completes railway location design and improves the quality. This paper mainly completes the following work:(1) Established the model of traction calculation based on the multi-mass-point model and hybrid optimization strategy. Combined with the condition of railway location design parameters and new CRH technical parameters, this project completed train operation simulation on the variant projects in railway location and drew the V-S curve. It provided necessary condition for solving vehicle and route dynamics model.(2) According to the existing vehicle and route dynamics research, the dynamic model was established on variant projects in railway location.Full taken into account of the line type condition and the above results in the modeling process, this project realized dynamic response analysis of variant projects in railway location.(3) This project put forward the study method of comfort evaluation research through adding train operation simulation to dynamics. The variant project was divided into a number of assessments, which were on the basis of horizontal and vertical alignment of Railway. Referencing the specification, it completed the analysis of horizontal and vertical vibration acceleration spectrum in each assessment, and returned the ride index. Based on the route dynamic design method of the Optimum Matching Design between Vehicles and Railway principle, comfort evaluation conclusion was applied to route design. And it was helpful to railway location design.(4) The comfort evaluation system of high speed railway design was developed. This system has been completed by using the secondary development tools of CAD ObjectARX2006and Matlab Math Library in VS.NET environment. And it has been proved reasonable and practical by engineering examples.
