New type of wall material for energy saving is put on the agenda as the wall materialsreform and increasing building energy saving requirements. Aggregate lightweight wallmaterials is energy saving wall material meeting the national requirements designated by thestate, ceramsite concrete can be used as ordinary aggregate instead of ceramsite. As light wallmaterials ceramsite concrete has the characteristic of high refractoriness, small thermalconductivity, low density etc. In recent years, in our country ceramsite concrete present gooddevelopment state. In this article, the Hunan Yiyang mine resource is taken as the object of study, toexplore the firing system of ceramsite shale through the method of XRD andthermogravimetric analysis, high-temperature wetting angle measuring, and high temperaturetreatment. The result of pilot experiments in two ceramic manufacturers, the experimentalresults show that, the shale has good sintering and expanding property, using the industrialrotary kiln can product shale ceramisite, fired ceramic properties conform to the requirementsof national quality ceramic. The sample prepared with the density level of400kg/m3,compressive strength greater than or equal to1.0MPa, softening coefficient greater than orequal to0.8, and no radioactivity. We obtain a series of research results according to national standards test to makelightweight aggregate concrete using the shale ceramsite obtained by experimental. Thecontrast experiment show differents betwent ordinary method and pre-packed aggregategrouting method,in which the aggregate is putted into the mold, and then the prepared cementslurry is poured into the mold. The test results shows intensity of ceramsite concrete blockmaked by pre-packed aggregate grouting method can reach more than4MPa, the bulk densityis less than900kg/m3. It is Meet the technology requirment of non-load-bearing wall. Theintensity of ceramsite concrete block maked by ordinary method can reach more than10Mpa,the bulk density is about1500kg/m3, which is a very good light wall material for bearing wall.In this work, the influence of water reducing agent, early strength agent, polypropylenefiber on compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete are discussed. The action ofwater reducing agent is reducing the consumption of water, and increasing the fluidity ofconcrete, But using cement, fly ash, gypsum as powder through pre packed aggregategrouting method to make lightweight aggregate concrete is the utilization of the phenomenon " early setting" produced by gypsum. By adding a large amount of water, the water occupancyof concrete volume ratio will be increased, with the increase of curing time. After the waterevaporation the micro-pore structure will be formed so as reducing the bulk density, which isnot suitable for our purpose to join the water reducing agent. Polypropylene fiber can increasethe tensile strength and flexural strength. This paper mainly studies the influnce of thecompressive strength on the ceramsite concrete using polypropylene fiber by pre-packedaggregate grouting method. Results show that adding0.25%polypropylene fiber into thecement mass, the compressive strength of ceramsite concrete is up to30%, in whichenhancement effect of the polypropylene fiber on compressive strength is obvious.
