With the extensive use of crankshaft which works as power transmission mechanism,the demand of function is not only needs the transmission of power but also requires accurate and working efficiency.New requirements for its working performance has been put forward.The emulsion pump crankshaft studys here had three turns and four supports and as power component used in the coal mine.Eccentricity error existed on both side of the two ends of shaft neck was caused by the deficiency of crankshaft bracing structures.It can produce problems as vibration,noise,shorten the servicing life of the crankshaft and reducing efficiency.A series of analysis were made in order to solve these problems.Any issue cannot get improvement or innovation is because of its internal contradictions have not been effectively solved.Based on this statement,the theory of TRIZ(theory of solving innovation problem)has been used to analyze the cause of problems and sum up some conflicts which was the key of eccentric problems.Then the project could be converted to TRIZ language.And several methods based on invention principles were got to resolve the conflicts.which were using different supporting structures replaced the original structures,and tried to reduce or even eliminated the defects of original structures.Then the different assemblies of crankshaft system for solution supporting structures were created.The original supporting structures of crankshaft was analyzed based on the platform of WORKBENCH finite element analysis software,and the result could be as contrast data.Then the analysis for assemblies have be done on corresponding analysis module.And the conclusions would be compared with contrasting data.The results show that the performance of solutions structures were better than the original.Then detailed comparison of working performance on several solutions was made in order to choose the best solution.The solve of crank eccentricity problem has important significance to crankshaft or even the whole system.And this researching method can also provide a powerful theoretical reference to solve similar problems.
