| Facing the new development trend of the market economy, the uncertainty of the power sector reform is growing, coupled with the annual power shortage of the whole society, power generation companies now facing an even greater responsibility for security, thus reducing the rate of accidents and improve safety production management level has becoming the target of each person of the power generation company. Accidents may cause by many factors, such as "human errors" and "material failure", I believe that the management defect is the fundamental reason. Management deficiencies are indirect causes, but it is the root cause of the accident. Therefore, we discuss how to rationalize the power generation company’s security management system, standardize the behavior of security management, and gradually transit to modern management, are of great significance.Under the above background, I take Jiangxi Jingdezhen (JDZ) power generation company for example in this thesis, taking a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, qualitative and quantitative research methods to make a comprehensive system of company safety management. This paper analysis the actual safety management of the JDZ power generation company, firstly, analysis the safety management status of the company, summarize the problems on safety management of the company; Secondly, drawing on theories and methods of quality management of5M1E, classify the influencing factors that affect the company’s safety management, build the safety production management evaluation system,using AHP comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of the company’s safety production, thus to identify its main factors; Finally, aiming the main factors that affect the company’s safety management level,put forward proposed improvements and recommendations to improve the level of the safety management of the company, at the same time, work for other companies to indicate the direction of development. |
