Therefore, a complete set of construction engineering quality management performance evaluation model was established according to the project of project of our country construction characteristics, combined with the theory of performance evaluation, project management theory.First, in this paper, base on management theory and Quality management procedures and norms and consider the quality management influencing factors. Second, Use Membership analysis and correlation analysis and analysis of discernment and Reliability test make multiple empirical screening of Initial indicators of PMSQM. Last, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight index, thus completing the model. Based on the construction phase of the construction project quality management performance evaluation model, propose the relevant safeguards to ensure its normal operation.
