With the continuous development of the construction industry,the quality of its engineering has received more and more attention.In particular,major accidents have occurred in recent years,and the state has paid more and more attention to the control of project quality,and has continuously introduced various standards to ensure the quality of construction projects.The importance attached to the quality of the projects by various companies and construction projects has also been continuously improved.In recent years,the level of engineering quality management and the level of construction technology have also been greatly improved and developed.However,there are still some problems.There are still serious imbalances between the three management objectives of schedule management,cost management and quality management.The situation of heavy progress and low cost is still widespread.The causes of engineering quality accidents are multifaceted,and construction quality is one of the key reasons.In order to ensure the quality of the project,reduce and eliminate the occurrence of major engineering accidents,it is necessary to conduct research on construction quality management.This paper takes the Banshan Peninsula Commercial Street Project as an example to analyze the construction quality management of this project.First,clarify the relevant concepts of project management and project quality management and the improved aspects of the improved fuzzy mathematical analysis method.Then,the general situation and characteristics of the Banshan Peninsula project are expounded,and the construction technical difficulties in the three aspects of pile foundation construction scheme,mass concrete construction scheme and steel structure construction scheme are determined.In addition,the main sub-projects of the project were determined through field visits and investigations of relevant experts on site.The factors influencing the quality of engineering construction are mainly in the five aspects of 4M1 E,so quality control is also in five aspects.Among them,the value engineering method is used in the pile foundation construction scheme,the engineering coefficient is determined by the improved mathematical fuzzy model,and the value coefficient is determined by the quantitative analysis method.Finally,the high-strength prestressed pipe pile foundation is selected as the suitable pile foundation.Construction plan;after determining the concrete raw materials and pouring plan,the thermal calculations verify the feasibility of the construction plan;according to the different characteristics of the engineering structure,the construction area is divided into four areas,and different measures are adopted to install the program measures in different ways;Quality assurance measures were taken for 4M1 E for each of the three construction plans.For the main sub-projects,fuzzy mathematics evaluation is used to judge the main sub-projects,and control measures and finished product protection measures are proposed for the main quality control points.In this paper,the research on construction quality management proposes to ensure the construction quality from the technical difficulty and ensure the quality of the main sub-projects,and to carry out specific analysis for the Mid-Levels Peninsula project.It provides practical reference for the construction quality management of construction projects in the future.
