Natural ventilation is a no power ventilation technique, use properly can solve theventilation and heat rejection and other issues in the building.In reducing the large spaceworkshop on energy consumption, using natural ventilation is a good choice. This paperanalyzes the energy consumption in large industrial workshop under the condition of naturalventilation in hourly. Large industrial workshop has its unique architectural characteristics,such as large height which easy to produce thermal stratification phenomenon; large spaichwhich lead to ventilation difficult implementation in the horizontal direction and large volumewhich is bring large energy consumption. How fully use of natural ventilation in the largespace building, form the reasonable airflow organization, achieve the indoor thermal comfortand reduce energy consumption, has a very important theoretical meaning and practical value.In practical situations, factors that affect natural ventilation is numerous, and the individualfactors are changing at the same time. How to analyze effect of the influence factors under thepractical natural ventilation situations in the large industrial workshop is necessary. At thesame time the relevant energy consumption calculation of ventilation software mostly usedlumped parameter method, the vertical temperature prone tiered make the resultsquestionable.The purpose of the thesis is to realize the distributed parameter method to calculation ofthe ventilation rate and coupled the lumped parameter method to calculate the energyconsumption, analysis hourly energy consumption of large industrial workshop.The researchresults, taking an industrial workshop as the research object, the averaged indoor airtemperature and ventilation volume under natural ventilation condition was simulated usingthe software of CFD. And then, with the orthogonal test method, influence sequence andeffect trends of single factor on indoor air temperature and ventilation volume were analyzedwhen five kinds of external influence factors varied simultaneously. Based on the simulationresults, two relevant fitting equations were obtained. Therefore, a method for effectivelypredicting the natural ventilation effect in engineering practice was presented.And then theventilation model (CFD fitting relationship) coupling with energy consumption softwareDeST, calculation the hourly indoor temperature about the specific industrial workshop in thefirst quarter of1040working time. Then Analysisedthe energy-saving potential, economicbenefits and the carbon emissions.
