Refrigerated truck is one the most widely used in the refrigerated transport. With thedevelopment of the economic, continuous improvement of the living standards, people’sneeds for fresh food more and more pressing, requirements for refrigerated trucks areincreasingly high. Therefore, we should vigorously develop the refrigerated transport, tomeet the consumer needs of perishable foods. However, in the process of refrigeratedtruck transport, the growth and reproduction of microorganism will always affect thequality of goods, so we must control the environment inside the refrigerated trucks, makethe environment with the best requirements of the transport of goods be consistent, inorder to make the temperature distribution inside refrigerated trucks uniform, the goodsare not perishable easily, to research the internal environment of the refrigerator car isessential. This project studies the internal environment of the refrigerator car, include thefollowing two aspects: first, in case of refrigerated trucks transport different types ofgoods, the cooling capacity of the evaporator is different, study when the envelopeinsulation is different, the influence of internal environment of refrigerated truckstransport different goods, through simulation analysis gained the optimum insulationmaterials; second, in case of the cooling capacity of the evaporator is different, when thethickness of insulation is different, numerical simulation of the internal environment ofthe refrigerator car, analysis and comparison of the come-related graphics, finallyobtained the optimum insulation thickness.
