With the continuous development of our society and economy,people have increase it’squality requirements for food in daily life,cold chain logistics industry is becoming more andmore focused on.“The planning of agricultural products in cold chain and logistics” clearsthat the degree of increase about the flow rate in cold chain and the shipping rate in coldstorage,the degree of decline about the product loss rate in the process of circulation of allkinds of vegetables,fruits,aquatic products and frozen meat in our country.So,the research onthe internal thermal environment to the refrigerating and it’s kinds of influencing factor hastheoretical and real significance.This project analyzes the insulation properties of refrigerators, uses the numericalsimulation software, through building a mathematical model and physical model,studies theinfluence factors of the insulation material which impacts the internal thermal environment ofthe refrigerator car, including the following two mainly aspects: firstly,in case of therefrigerated car takes different types of insulation material, does numerical simulation andanalysis, to determine how the different types of insulation material affects the internalenvironment of compartment and to confirm the best insulation material when the refrigeratedcar is in the process of the actual operation. secondly, based on the research in the previouschapter (ie, the best insulation material has been ensured), selecting the thickness of insulationas the researching object, to select five groups of parameters, do numerical simulation of theinternal environment of the refrigerator car, through analysis and comparison by the graphicsof a plane with the average temperature in discontinuous time and the most unfavorablemoment temperature profile, to determine how the different thickness of insulation materialaffects the internal environment of the compartment.Based on the numerical simulationresults, to have optimization analysis and confirm the best insulation material thickness.
