Study On The Evaluation Of Industrialized Iindemnificatory Housing In Northern China

Based on the situation of China's housing prices have grown rapidly in recent years, so the government began to advocate the construction of indemnificatory housing to solve the problem of family housing difficulties from the "Twelfth Five-Year period". To ensure the quality of indemnificatory housing and improve the efficiency of construction, China began to explore the industrialized indemnificatory housing's construction and to determine the pilot cities to promote. Based on this background,this article takes the industrialized indemnificatory housing in northern China as the research object, comments and researches about its design.By combining the construction needs and characteristics of the industrialized indemnificatory housing in northern China, the article analyzes the industrial design evaluation system related to the indemnificatory housing at home and abroad comparatively , tries to build the industrialized indemnificatory housing design evaluation system in northern China based on the framework of China's new industrialized general framework of the indemnificatory housing,specifies the construction market of the indemnificatory housing.The article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter (Overview) firstly researches the origin , background , purpose and significance , research methods and content of the article.Secondly, it defines the research object and scope, and analyzes the related concepts of the main research object.Finally, it analyzes the current situation of similar topics at home and abroad; the second chapter studies the construction needs and characteristics of the industrialized indemnificatory housing in northern China, the author selected Beijing,Shenyang, Huludao three districts in first-, second-, third-tier cities to start the real state research of indemnificatory housing, mainly starts from 5 angles, planning and design, area,decoration quality, retaining wall and the structure system; The third chapter analyzes the related design evaluation system of indemnificatory housing at home and abroad, it puts forward to take the new industrialized general system of domestic indemnificatory housing as the evaluation assessment, and gets the relevant recommendations indicators according to the cross analysis of the evaluation index system; the fourth chapter implements the comparative analysis of the second round of the index system based on the indicators of the research summary and the third chapter's research, it finally gets the design evaluation index system of the industrialized indemnificatory housing in northern China, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the index evaluation system; the fifth chapter (case analysis)uses comprehensive assessment to evaluate the actual project, verifies the feasibility of evaluation system and analyzes the feedback; the sixth chapter is the conclusion, it is a summary and prospect of this article.
