A Study On The Types Of Construction Basis Of Contemporary Agricultural Village In China

Resource conditions and resource use are the decisive factors in agricultural productionand village construction. At present, with the profound changes of social structure andeconomic structure in China, the resources of rural areas has been changed a lot due to therapid advance of industrialization and urbanization. However, in many agricultural villages inChina, agricultural production and village construction are still based on small-lot, inefficientuse of resources, which was formed in the agricultural society. Therefore, the development ofagriculture and rural has been restricted on current situation that utilization of resources couldnot correspond to resource conditions. This thesis will do the research of agricultural villagesbased on resource utilization, starting from the analysis of the influencing factors of villageconstruction, to recognize the regional features of the agricultural resource conditions andresource utilization. Through summarizing the types of construction basis of contemporaryagricultural villages, to analyze the appropriate ways and suitable scale of resource utilizationin different areas of China. In addition, to predict the approaches of promoting village-scalechanges, in order to establish the corresponding relationship between the types of resourceutilization and village construction, and provide reference for the practice of sustainableconstruction in agricultural villages.Chapter2mainly discusses the review of the development history of China’s agriculturalvillages. Through the analysis of the influencing factors and the motive force of traditionalagricultural village construction, to consider that family acting as the basic unit of agriculturalproduction and management has some limitations in the utilization of resources. And that isthe fundamental reason leading to slow development of agricultural production and villageconstruction in China.Chapter3introduces the background of classification of construction basis incontemporary agricultural villages. By analyzing the opportunities and challenges thatagricultural villages faced in the period of social transformation, clarify the necessity ofclassification of the construction basis for villages, and determine the dimension and methodsof the study.Chapter4mainly discusses the process of classification of construction basis as well asthe regional characteristics of it. By constructing the classification system, makecomprehensive analysis of geographical distribution of agricultural resources and thedevelopment trend of agriculture, identify three types of village construction basis and thencorrespond these types to seven regions of our country, so as to know about the type and thescale of resource utilization adapted to the resource conditions in different regions.Chapter5predicts the changes in the scale of the construction of China’s agriculturalvillages in future. Through the analysis of the changes in the scale of agricultural productionbased on different construction basis, combined with the analysis of regional economicdevelopment, to sum up the ways that cause the changes of construction scale coordinated with diverse resource utilization.
